Live on this site: Guardian Tags located in Apple Find My and Google Find Hub, plus the Customer Portal (register paid serials, last-seen when we have it, geofences, in-app and email alerts). Personal and Business subscriptions are self-monitoring. Akilapa watch is a paid add-on in staffed hours.
Not live here: native Guardian apps, continuous Tag GPS, WhatsApp/SMS, engine immobilisers, CCTV, AI theft scores, or a 24/7 household SOC / 94-minute recovery SLA. Fleet and government programmes are quote-only.
What you can do today
Guardian Tags
Classic and Circuit pair with Find My and Find Hub. Locating stays in those apps. Our map only plots last-seen when we have coordinates — we do not invent Lagos pins.
Customer Portal
Paid serial registration, geofences, in-app alerts, and SES email. Personal and Business Paystack is self-monitoring.
Geofence alerts
Draw circles in the portal. Alerts are in-app and email. WhatsApp and SMS are not live.
Akilapa watch (add-on)
Staffed 08:00–20:00 WAT Monday–Saturday after you pay. Not live Tag GPS and not a 24/7 SOC.
Remote Immobilisation
Not on Guardian Tags. Engine cutoff is a quoted cellular-GPS programme, not self-serve checkout.
Trip History & Replay
Placeholder in the portal today. Tags do not stream second-by-second trips into Akilapa.
Driver Identification
RFID/PIN scoring is sales-led fleet hardware, not the Tag SKU.
Nationwide Recovery Network
We do not publish a 94-minute recovery SLA for Personal/Business Tags. Incident help starts in the portal and support email.

A portal that does not fake the map
Pins appear only when we have last-seen coordinates. Unlocated tags are listed as unknown.

Pay the add-on for staffed hours. It is not 24/7 and not live GPS on Tags.
