Pair with Google Find Hub.

   Update Google Play services

   On Samsung, Tecno, Infinix, Xiaomi, Oppo, Pixel, and other Android phones, open the Play Store and update Google Play services if prompted.

   Open Find Hub / Find My Device

   Open the Find Hub app (or Find My Device, depending on your phone). Sign in with your Google account.

   Add a new item / tag

   Tap Add device, Add item, or the + control. Choose the option for a Bluetooth tracker / compatible tag.

   Put the Guardian Tag in pairing mode

   Follow the quick-start card (usually press once or remove the battery tab). Keep Bluetooth on and the tag within a few centimetres.

   Name and confirm the tag

   When the tag appears, name it and finish setup. Enable notifications so you get separation alerts.

   Locate from Find Hub only

   Maps, sound, and lost-item tools stay in Google Find Hub. Akilapa does not replace that network — we help you set up and support the hardware.

A Guardian Tag uses one find network at a time (Apple or Google). To move it to another phone type, reset the tag using the guide in the box, then pair again on the new network.
