How it works
Route Optimisation uses a multi-objective AI model that balances time, distance, fuel efficiency, and security risk to recommend routes tailored to Nigerian road realities.
Step 1
Multi-Factor Road Intelligence
The system ingests real-time traffic data, LASG/FRSC road closure reports, seasonal road condition data (e.g., flooding on Ore-Benin in rainy season), and current security alerts.
Step 2
Risk-Adjusted Routing
Each candidate route is scored for security risk using our road segment crime index. High-risk segments are automatically avoided or flagged during high-alert periods.
Step 3
Historical Performance Learning
The model learns from your fleet's own delivery history — understanding which routes reliably achieve on-time performance and which are systematically optimistic.
Step 4
Driver Navigation Integration
Approved routes are pushed directly to the driver mobile app with turn-by-turn navigation. Deviation triggers automatic alert to fleet manager.
